Plan for daily life
Discuss occupancy, work hours, dust protection, temporary utilities, pets, deliveries, and security. Write down the agreed arrangements.
Allow for discoveries
Agree how the team will pause, document concealed conditions, price a change, and obtain approval before extra work proceeds.
Keep records
Photograph concealed work before it is covered. Save product choices, revised drawings, permits, and warranty documents with the final project file.
